Rihanna finally lands the cover of American Vogue for the April 2011 issue and she has the brightest shade of hair yet. That gorgeous fiery orange hair (love it!) with a Jessica Rabbit ‘do – covering one eye with cascades of waves – and a skin tight dress with embellishments that look painted on. The “S&M” singer is a knockout.
